Originally from regional Western Australia, I’ve spent over 20 years working in economic development, project management and advocacy - from delivering business development programs, tourism campaigns and coordinating bushfire recovery, to implementing strategies that create lasting outcomes.

International Year of Rangeland Pastoralists

Provision of services for Regional Development Australia Mid West & Gascoyne, Southern Rangelands Pastoral Alliance and International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists supporting preparation for a presentation to SEGRA in Canberra. Including delivery of a targeted brochure highlighting case studies, key issues, and practices, alongside coordinating invitations and meetings with key Government stakeholders.

Murchison GeoRegion

Management of the Murchison GeoRegion project including development and delivery of the website, Murchison GeoRegion Trail Guide and visitor campaigns in partnership with Australia’s Golden Outback. The project aims to highlight the unique geology, flora, fauna and cultural history of the Murchison region.

Melbourne’s West Jobs Fair

Project management and delivery of the Melbourne’s West Jobs Fair, connecting over 3,000 attendees with 1,800 employment and pathway opportunities across key sectors. The event funded by State and Federal Government showcased 50 exhibitors with live job vacancies, delivered on time and on budget, and provided vital support to retrenched workers and job seekers.

20 Minute Neighbourhood Pilot Project

Management and delivery of a 12-month pilot program funded by the Victorian State Government, focusing on identifying opportunities to improve liveability and start the process of creating a 20 minute neighbourhood in Sunshine West. Project outcomes, including the Sunshine West - Our 20 Minute Neighbourhood report have led to practical improvements and positive outcomes for the Glengala Road shopping precinct.

Spring into the West – Parliament of Victoria

Organisation and management of a week-long showcase in Queens Hall, Parliament of Victoria, highlighting the best of Melbourne’s West through government, business, and community collaboration. The event featured local exhibitors, the Western Bulldogs men’s health program, and a networking evening with the Premier of Victoria and regional stakeholders.
